If you are unsatisfied with your item in any way, you can exchange it or return it for a cash refund on your credit card. In order to exchange or return an item, the garment must be unwashed and all tags must remain attached. The original receipts must accompany the item. Mail receipts and items being retuned or exchanged to: F.L. Crooks & Co., 539 Main Street, Clarion, PA 16214. Please also include a brief note stating whether you want a cash refund, a similar item, or a different color or size.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded, and if you would like to exchange an item, you will be billed for shipping again. If you received free shipping with your order, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the cash refund unless you are exchanging the item. Items must be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept merchandise returned with smoke damage or any other damage, and if we do accept it, a restocking fee of 20% will be imposed.
Shoes must not be shipped back in simply the shoe box. The shoe box must be placed inside another box.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any merchandise returned that cannot be resold. If the tags are missing or have been removed, a restocking fee will be imposed.
We will not accept any items not accompanied by a receipt.
