It is safe to place an order online. We have a secure, encrypted server, and it is safer to place an order online than it is to place an order using the phone. Information that we MUST have:
Often times, if we are out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will email or call you. But if we cannot reach you, we cannot ship your order. Please make sure that you provide us with contact info in the event that this occurs.
Orders being shipped to an address other than the billing address:
While we realize that many customers prefer to have their order shipped directly to an alternate address as a gift, this will delay your order. Orders being shipped to an address other than the billing address must go through an additional verification process which will end up with a phone call from us to you in order to receive a voice authorization. For these purposes, you MUST provide us with the billing phone number on file for the credit card account. This number will be verified with your card holding bank. While this process usually does not take a large amount of time, it can become complicated. For these reasons, if you want to guarantee that your order will be received by a certain date, it is much faster to have the order shipped directly to you at your billing address. You can then forward the package on to its intended destination.
Orders being shipped to an APO or FPO overseas military address:
We have many military customers, and shipping to an APO or FPO address could not be easier. We do, however, still need the billing address and phone number on file with your card issuing bank. The three digit card security code is also required. Take advantage of our military discount! Use discount code "USA" when you check out and save on every order. Please note that the discount is only valid on orders being shipped to APO or FPO addresses.
International Orders and Shipping:
We ship to every country in the world! Take advantage of the low US Dollar exchange rate. No sales tax is charged on purchases because we are located in the American state of Pennsylvania, where sales tax is not charged on clothing. We will gladly alter the items you have ordered to your specifications such as inseam. Having clothing altered does FINALIZE the sale and we can not accept returns on items that have been altered.
When will your package arrive?
If the order is being shipped directly to the billing address, and as long as we have your item in stock, your order will normally be shipped within one business day. For orders within the United States, we ship via UPS Ground. Shipping upgrades can be purchased at checkout, but please be aware that your order will most probably be shipped out the next business day. We sometimes get orders shipped out the same day that we receive them, but this is less common. All orders are shipped from Clarion, Pennsylvania. The following chart shows transit times in business days for packages being shipped UPS Ground. If you need your package before a certain date, we suggest purchasing a UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipping upgrade. All orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are shipped using the US Postal Service, and we cannot estimate times in transit or guarantee delivery by a certain date.Please contact us with any specific questions regarding the speed at which your order will be delivered.
In an effort to conserve resources and protect the Earth, we sometimes get a little creative when we ship out orders! As you can imagine, our retail store is full of boxes that we recieve from our vendors. When we can, we ship out orders in boxes that we recycle or wrapped in brown paper. We only use new boxes or packing material as a last resource, and we encourage you to do the same! Rest assured, our number one priority is getting you your order in perfect condition. Save the box your order arrives in in case you need to return your order. But if you keep your order, as we hope you do, we hope you'll continue the chain and find another use for the packing material!
