We keep it simple—just $12.99 flat rate shipping on all orders under $199 anywhere in the continental U.S.

We ship everything out from our shop here in Pennsylvania, and most packages arrive in:

We truly hope you love your purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

A few friendly reminders:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached (including our F.L. Crooks tag).
Shoes should be returned in their original box.
If tags are missing, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Be sure to include a quick note letting us know if you’d prefer a refund or an exchange (and the size you’d like if exchanging).
