The returned garment must be unwashed, all tags must remain attached (including the F.L. Crooks original tag), and shoes in their original box for a refund. A restocking fee of 25% may be applied if tags have been removed.

Please include a note stating whether you wish to receive a refund or exchange and the intended size of exchange.

No refund will be issued for any item purchased from any other store than F.L. Crooks & Co.
